Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds. Our exchange policy is ONLY for goods damaged via printing errors. We cannot control damage done by USPS, so if you would like to add insurance to packages please let us know. In the event of damage at the fault of Book Retreats & Books, please send the book back to us and we will replace with a new copy of the same book (subject to inventory and availability of that item). Details and restrictions below.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be photographed within 48 hours delivery and show visible damage due to printing errors. Please send proof of damage to [email protected]

These books are printed small-batch by a small business, on-demand and can only be exchanged if damaged is the fault of our printing press , not the mail service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then send a new copy of the damaged book if we have it left in stock.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded in any way.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, packaging fees, and processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
